XFX R9 380 wrong Bios flash

im playing for about 3-4hours apex legends fans up to 100 and its ok no crashes
This confirms a heat issue with likely the VRM on the graphics card. The graphics card needs to be replaced since it will only get worse overtime until the VRM fully dies.
 
Did you check the event log of Windows?

no i think i need a replacement to is that normal? for the psu

i test the stability with occt when i start everthing without the gpu everthing seems fine but when i install the gpu and wanna test the pc restarts

PSU can degrade overtime. The G450M is introduced on the market 10 years ago. 10 years for a power supply could be a lot depending on the load it received over the time.

i tried apex legends without any other gpu as the intel hd 4600 its very laggy in menu but no restarts does it mean that the psu cant handle the load?

Could be since the power usage of a system with a graphics card installed is higher. In your case it is about 200W extra load for the PSU when the graphics card is installed.

im getting a new psu in a few days
