Best stable results and voltage (include any extra voltage settings that affect sum of total Core

Include any other related info... (cooling etc.)

AMD Athlon 2100+ clocked at 1.8GHz (50-100MHz over stock) yeah baby!

Stock cooler

Do you want just the FX chips, or bulldozer APUs too?

FX-8350
4.6GHz
1.38v
AsRock 990FX Extreme9
Corsair H80i

We have a FX Ocers club

Plenty of users and information posted there

FX-8350 4.8Ghz 1.485v

Northbridge 2.6Ghz 1.4125v

RAM 16GB (11,12,11) 2133Mhz 1.775v

Corsair H80i GT

Stability Verified: 1hr Aida64 Stability Test

=====================
Reason for stopping at 4.8Ghz = Temperature (highest for stress testing & gaming before thermal throttling)

Next Step = Custom Water Loop!

Ram Timings are:
tCL 11
tRCD 12
tRP 11
tRAS 29
CR 1T
tRC 40
tWR 12
tRFC 300
tRRD 5
tWTR 6
tRTP 6
tFAW 24
tCWL 9

Why don't you get DDR3 2400Mhz CL10 ram and lower it to 2133 CL9? That 1.77V now is a bit overkill for DDR3 and mainboard+cpu ram controller.

Why don't you just get a 2400MHZ CL10 ram and lower that to 2133 CL9? That 1.77V now is a bit overkill for DDR3 and mainboard+cpu ram controller.
^^^^that will cause stability problems there

but here's my poor OC. I've been higher but this was the highest I could get fully prime stable

But he was already running at 2133, with 2400mhz I meant its better binned then 2133 or 1866mhz CL9 and that will easily run at 2133MHZ CL9-10-10-27 @ 1.65v. Also 2400 got really cheap now.. ~ 100€/$ or less 2x8GB 2400 CL10

I meant 1.77V bud lol

Don't see the point in buying new sticks when I can get 2133 anyway -- even if I do need to over volt them so badly. (I only use this O/C for gaming)

A number of factors are affecting me:
-Northbridge overclock reduces memory latency and increases bandwidth but seems to strain the RAM more
-High CPU overclock seems to strain them a little
-I am using the tightest possible timings for my mediocre ram. I can increase timings and drop voltage but then I'd no longer be on the absolute bleeding edge of its limit.
-I've also got 4 sticks, 2 are rated differently

Took me weeks -- and for a long time, voltage was actually doing nothing, no matter what combination of O/C or timings. From this I've learnt that over volting RAM only helps bring you back from being JUST BARELY over the line of instability.

/\ Don't know if anyone else has had better results with RAM voltage than me?

I can run my 2133 at 1.65 for 2400 Trident Series Model lol.

i did 4.8 on my 8350 with 1.485 volts on air for 24/7, i think CPUNB was about 2500-2600mhz (?), and voltage for that maybe 1.25-1.35v, correct me if any of these numbers seem way out of the ordinary, its been a long time.

I do believe i benched it at almost 5.3 on air, but had to open windows for that and smack 3 3500RPM 140s on my phanteks cooler :D
