Youtube, Discord, Visual Studio Code are flickering with black checkered squares/vertical lines. Partial solutions to this issue.

No I see it in black/dark area "checkered squares"

This issue had nothing to do with "Dark area's", it was a tertiary data race condition causing DirectComposition to output garbage because the original data had been deleted before the compositor had finished using them,

What you're seeing is a lack of information in the black area's, probably a result of either color crush by using Digital Vibrance or some flaw with the displays handling of DSC.

Chromium OpenGL does not use DirectComposition, it uses legacy blitting.

After several trials I found this occur in HDR mode only not SDR. Is there a possible fix for that ?

My Sony smart tv also has it, so this can't be windows only' issue
I play video with usb stick or bultin- youtube player. But this is definitely related to refresh rate.

Just wanted to point out something after I saw this.
That checker pattern looks somewhat like tile based rasterizing pattern NV uses since Maxwell 1.0 :

It should NOT be visible under any circumstances though, so I'm not sure why you can see it (or if it's actually that).
