However, one notable change with LGA1851 is the higher maximum dynamic pressure, signifying increased mounting pressure from CPU coolers. darkFlash, a Taiwanese maker of computer parts and peripherals, had a strong presence at Computex 2023, where the company had a wide range of products to expose to the masses. Starting with an all-in-one (AIO) water cooling, darkFlash had four AIO designs to showcase, each with a different theme going on. The first in line is the DXv3.0 line, which features a regular 360 mm radiator paired with a CPU water block that has a unique mesh design. On the mesh, users can attack fans that provide additional cooling. Next up are DSC 360, DN 360, and DC 360 white AIO versions that are only differentiated by their CPU water block and radiator design.

ENERMAX came to the Computex 2023 in full force, showcasing a wide range of new products including new PSUs with ATX 3.0 certification, as well as the new LIQTECH and LIQMAXFLO AIO liquid CPU coolers with new pump design.

ENERMAX definitely had a lot to show at the Computex 2023 event and there were some rather unique and innovative new products on display, including the PLATIMAX GEMINI, a PSU that meets both ATX 3.0 and Intel's new ATX12VO (12 V-only) standards. PLATIMAX GEMINI is an 80 Plus Platinum 1200 W power supply, that surpasses efficiency standards of the ATX12VO standard. ENERMAX also had the who new REVOLUTION D.F. X PSU lineup that is ATX 3.0 and PCIe 5 ready with a native 600 W 12VHPWR cable and an extra dual 8-pin to 12VHPWR 600 W cable, and features new patented Dust-Free Rotation (D.F.R) technology, a new feature that promises to significantly reduce the accumulation of dust around the fan blades. It also features an ARGB side panel with 14 built in lighting modes, and an RGB control button. ENERMAX was showcasing the SPLAVE X REVOLUTION D.F. X PSU, a special edition 1200 W PSU designed in cooperation with a well-known overclocker Splave.

Iceberg Thermal this Computex introduced some of the stuff it didn't show us at this year's CES. While the company focused on air coolers there, here we caught several new AIO liquid CPU coolers. The company also showed off its first cases, but they're just prototypes for now. The Invisible 415 (working name), gets its name from its mirrored body panels that can make it look "invisible," or so its designers say. We think it just looks very pretty. The mid-tower features a conventional horizontally partitioned layout, with room for graphics cards up to 37 cm in length (if you forfeit the front radiator and fans); CPU coolers up to 17.5 cm in height, and PSUs (and their cabling) up to 41 cm in length, if you can pull out the bottom drive cages. You get 7 conventional and 3 vertical expansion slots, and fan-mounts that include three 140 mm (or smaller) front, three 140 mm (or smaller) on top, and a rear 140 mm. You can mount radiators up to 360 mm in size along the front- and top panels. Not sold on the black-mirror front panel? The company is also working on a mesh variant.

XIGMATEK is one of the pioneers of high-end air cooling solutions. The company is putting up a strong presence at Computex 2023, with the introduction of several new coolers and fans. Although a specialist with large heatsinks and air-based CPU coolers, the company showcased its flagship AIO liquid CPU cooler, the FROZR-O II. Designed squarely as a high-end AIO solution, the FROZR-O II is characterized by a smart pump-block that features a round, true-color display that interfaces with software over USB, and displays real-time CPU temperature (as measured by the cooler's software), pump and fan RPM, and pretty much anything you can program it to (such as pretty backgrounds, clan logos, etc).

The models shown at Computex were the FROZR-O II 360 (360 mm x 120 mm radiator), and its white alter-ego, the FROZR-O II 360 Arctic. Each of the three included PWM fans feature fluid-dynamic bearings, turn at speeds of up to 1,800 RPM, pushing up to 82.2 CFM of airflow, and 2.55 mm H₂O static pressure. The radiator is 27 mm-thick and is made of aluminium channels. Besides software-based control, the cooler includes a Galaxy II 8-channel ARGB controller with an RF remote, so you can cycle between the various lighting presets. The cooler supports Intel LGA1700 and AMD AM5 sockets.

Lian Li also presented a new portfolio of liquid cooling all-in-one (AIO) solutions and new fans. Called the GALAHAD II TRINITY series, it includes three models: the GALAHAD II TRINITY, GALAHAD II TRINITY SL INF, and GALAHAD II TRINITY PERFORMANCE. The TRINITY series features three interchangeable caps for pump block personalization and 45-degree rotating fittings at the radiator for convenient tube positioning. The GALAHAD II TRINITY model is available in 240 and 360 sizes and comes equipped with pre-installed RGB fans with flawless cable connectivity. The GALAHAD II TRINITY SL-INF model, also available in 240 and 360 sizes, comes with pre-fitted UNI FAN SL INFINITY fans and a controller. Lastly, the GALAHAD PERFORMANCE model, available in a 360 size, features pre-installed 28 mm thick high-performance LCP fans with seamless cable integration, a 32 mm thick radiator with a unique double wave fin design, and a 4200RPM pump. It is set to launch in June.

In addition, there is a GALAHAD II LCD AIO. This 280/360 AIO features a 2.88" LCD screen at the top of the pump, with a display resolution of 480x480. Two aluminium caps, complete with edge-diffused LED lighting, adorn the pump's sides. The LCD supports MP4 files, customizable layers, and screen capturing, with the added capability of a split-screen function. With 2 GB of flash memory, it allows for MP4 uploading of up to three minutes in length.

At the 2023 Computex, Phanteks unveiled a handful of new cooling solutions. The D30-140 is a star attraction. This 140 mm fan features a cable-free daisy-chaining system that uses a click-and-lock mechanism and contact points, to connect up to three of these fans, sharing a PWM fan connection, and addressable RGB signal. The Glacier One D30 is a lineup of all-in-one (AIO) liquid CPU coolers that come in 240 mm, 360 mm, and 420 mm variants based on radiator sizes. These are practically identical in design and specs to the Glacier One T30 series from March, but replace the T30-series fans that have individual cables, with the newer D30-series ones that have cable-free daisy-chaining that looks a lot cleaner when installed. What's new is the 420 mm (420 mm x 140 mm radiator size) variant that's exclusive to the Glacier One D30-series. When it goes on sale this August, the Glacier One 240-D30 will be priced at $150, and the 360-D30 at $180. The company hasn't finalized pricing of the 420-D30, yet.
