Antec GX1200 Chassis Detailed

Antec expanded its GX line of gamer-centric cases with the GX1200. The case incorporate two key features of this season - horizontal partitioning, and RGB LED lighting. To begin with, the case measures 510 mm x 510 mm x 200 mm (DxHxW), with support for EATX, and common ATX form-factors. You get room a 360 mm x 120 mm radiator along the front, a 240 mm x 120 mm along the top, and a 120 mm rear exhaust vent. The case supports video cards up to 41 cm in length. Other features include RGB LED lighting, and a fan-controller.

Antec Unveils P-Series Full-tower Chassis

Antec unveiled an unnamed P-series ATX full-tower chassis. The case is characterized by a dual-compartment layout, with the top compartment featuring room for EATX and common ATX form-factors, with the bottom compartment featuring the PSU bay, a set of concealed drive bays, and a few hot-swap SATA drive bays that open up in the front.

Measuring 458 mm x 220 mm x 538 mm (LxWxH), the case features four concealed 2.5-inch drive bays, and four hot-swap 3.5-inch front-facing ones. The case has room for two 280 mm x 140 mm radiators, one in the front, and one along the top-panel. The rear exhaust too supports a single 140 mm fan. The case serves up room for up to 40 cm long graphics cards. It features an RGB LED system, with color adjustments on the case.

Antec Also Intros the Elegant Single and Elegant Twin CPU Coolers

Besides its stand-out Elegant Triple heatsink, Antec also introduced its Elegant Twin and Elegant Single CPU coolers. The Elegant Twin measures 88 mm x 142 mm x 156 mm (LxWxH), and is a D-type heatsink featuring two aluminium fin stacks. It includes one fan, which sits between the two fin-stacks, spinning between 800-1800 RPM, pushing up to 65.23 CFM of air, with a noise output of up to 25.9 dBA. The Elegant Single, on the other hand, features a single aluminium fin-stack, which is slightly thicker than the stacks found on the Twin and Triple. The heatsink measures 69 mm x 142 mm x 155 mm, and includes a single fan, with the same specs as the one included with the Twin.

Antec Intros the Elegant Triple CPU Cooler

Antec innovated one of the rare few W-type aluminium fin-stack CPU coolers, featuring three nearly symmetrical fin-stacks, the Elegant Triple. This cooler features three vertical fin-stacks with aluminium fins (with the exception of one variant with exposed copper fins), and features two 120 mm fans in the gaps between the three fin-stacks in pull-push-pull-push configuration. The cooler can mount two more fans on the ends of the heatsink.

The heatsink measures 165 mm x 142 mm x 159 mm (LxWxH), and is available in three color options for now - dark nickel, red, and golden copper. The former two feature aluminium fins, the latter appears to feature exposed copper. The included fans spin between 800 to 1800 RPM, pushing between 12.36 to 65.25 CFM of air, with a noise output of up to 25.9 dBA (each).

Antec Intros Mercury Series AIO Liquid CPU Coolers

Antec introduced the new Mercury line of all-in-one liquid CPU coolers. Available in three sizes, the Mercury 120 (120 mm x 120 mm radiator), the Mercury 240 (240 mm x 120 mm radiator), and the Mercury 360 (360 mm x 120 mm radiator), the series is built around a new pump+block by Antec, which is said to feature higher coolant pressure, lower-fan noise, and a unique power input, which lets you either plug it to a 3-pin fan header, or SATA power (through an included adapter cable). The pump-block also features three LEDs, which indicate coolant temperature. Blue indicates <48°C, green indicates 49-60°C, and red indicates >60°C. Each of the included fans take PWM input from the pump-block, and spin between 900-1800 RPM, pushing up to 73.31 CFM of air, each.

Antec Announces the P9 Window Case

Antec Announces Kuhler H2O H600 Pro and H1200 Pro Liquid CPU Coolers

Californian hardware manufacturer Antec introduces the liquid coolers Kühler H2O H600 PRO and H1200 PRO. These compact systems combine maximum efficiency, high performance and great build quality. The liquid coolers are the perfect choice for demanding gaming rigs that exceed the capabilities of conventional coolers.

To achieve the best results when used with overclocked processors, both Kühler H2O H600 PRO and H1200 PRO are equipped with a large copper base plate that efficiently transfers heat from any AMD or Intel processor to the radiator. For maximum performance, H600 PRO and H1200 PRO feature a precisely constructed radiator with a 0.2 mm fin interval. Antec Announces TrueQuiet 120 UFO Fan Series in Europe

Antec is presenting TrueQuiet 120 UFO, an extremely quiet fan for PC housings with a highly efficient level of air circulation. Nine specially shaped fan-blades prevent swirls and their unwanted noise. Due to rubberised contact points to the housing, vibrations are being dampened efficiently. Thanks to its transparent LED ring, the TrueQuiet 120 UFO can powerfully illuminate the housing in the colours blue, green, white or red. The included rubber pins furthermore enable a tool-free installation of the fan.

Finally the TrueQuiet 120 UFO is available in Europe, bringing state-of-the-art fan technology to PC systems. This new 120-mm housing fan has been developed with a strong focus on noise reduction and performs its work almost unheard. Two ventilating speeds are available via control system: 1,000 rounds per minute at 19.9 dBA or 600 rounds per minute at almost unnoticeable 8.9 dBA.

Antec Announces P50 Window Chassis

Antec's P50 WINDOW is the perfect combination of compactness and optimal airflow due to its sophisticated two-compartment architecture. The cube-shaped case with its dimensions of 312(H) x 260(W) x 330(D) mm features a two-compartment design that separates the power supply unit, the optical drive and the hard drives from the other components. Accordingly, the included fans (2 x 120mm and 1 x 80mm) offer more efficient cooling than within ordinary enclosures due to the fact that they are focussed on parts that heat up during operation.

Numerous routing holes in the central dividing wall offer various possibilities for a clean cable layout, ensuring an ideal airflow through the cube-shaped enclosure of the P50 WINDOW. The dual-layer side panels made from Polycarbonate eliminate vibrations from within the chassis and render the Antec P50 WINDOW whisper-quiet - even with up to seven rotating fans. The cube-layout of the enclosure features mounts for four more fans (2 x 80mm at the back and 2 x 120mm at the top) in addition to three included cooling fans at the front.

Antec Unveils Stunning Signature S10 Chassis

Antec announced its newest flagship PC case, the Signature S10. Arguably the most important product for the Antec brand, the case looks like a typical ATX full-tower, but is 3-chambered inside. The most notable design element here is a drive cage that spans the entire height of the case, with its own side doors, letting you hot-swap 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch drives. The inner chambers include a large motherboard tray with room for XL-ATX motherboards, and two 280 / 420 mm radiators; and a bottom chamber with room for an extremely large PSU, and liquid cooling ancillaries, such as pumps and reservoirs. The case will be available in Europe from July, and will be priced at 399 GBP.

Antec Announces the VSP-5000 Case with Sound-Dampening

Antec introduces the VSP-5000, an entry-level enclosure for gamers that offers whisper-quiet operation at an outstanding price-performance ratio. The newest midi-tower of the California-based company combines exceptional sound-dampening properties and top-notch performance. The side panels of the enclosure are crafted from sound deadening high density Polycarbonate. In addition, a fan cover sealing the top panel of the VSP-5000 eliminates any chance of system sound leakage. To prevent any perceptible vibrations, the enclosure features rubber grommets on the HDD rails as well as extra-large rubber feet.

Three 120mm fans, two of them at the top and one at the rear, ensure optimum ventilation for components inside the VSP-5000. Two more mounts for additional fans can be found at the front. The user controls the speed of the fans via three fan controls offering two speed settings each, achieving perfect balance between high performance and quiet computing. Side-mounted air vents improve ventilation throughout the enclosure. To keep the chassis clean and free from dust, it features washable air filters at the front and the bottom of the unit. Antec Unveils 750W EDGE Silence Defined PSU

Antec expanded its super-quiet EDGE Silence Defined line of power supplies, which made its debut in September with 550W and 650W model, with a series-topping 750W one, aimed with gaming PC builds with up to two high-end graphics cards. The unit is characterized by a 135 mm FDB fan that stays off until the unit kicks a load/temperature threshold; and rubber grommets and bands that dampen whatever little vibration slips out of the fan.

The innards of the 750W EDGE Silence Defined are made by Seasonic, featuring a single +12V rail design, APFC, Haswell C7 state support, and all modern electrical protection mechanisms. The unit features fully modular cabling, with enough juice and straws to go around, for a build with two high-end graphics cards.

Antec Shows Off P380 Flagship Chassis

Antec showed off its next flagship PC chassis, targeting enthusiasts, the P380. This full-tower can house E-ATX, SSI-CEB, HPTX, and XL-ATX motherboard types, apart from standard ATX and micro-ATX. It features 9 expansion slots. The frame is made of SECC-Steel, but the case features high-density polycarbonate panels, which look good (faux-aluminium), and work to absorb vibrations.

Drive bays on the P380 include two 5.25-inch, and eight 3.5-inch/2.5-inch drive trays, split between two cages, with the bottom 6-tray one being detachable, to free up 465 mm of room for some really long graphics cards (350 mm with the cage in place). Cooling system includes room for a 360 mm x 120 mm top radiator, and another one along the front panel, and a 120 mm rear exhaust. Front panel connectivity includes two each of USB 3.0 and USB 2.0/1.1 ports, and standard HDA audio jacks.

Antec Also Shows Off the P70

It may not be a 2-compartment breadbox like its sibling, the P50, but the new P70 retains its design language, with its brushed, faux-aluminium front, high-density polycarbonate panels that work to dampen vibrations, and its motherlode of front panel USB ports (six USB 2.0/1.1 and two USB 3.0), next to standard HDA jacks. This mid-tower can house standard ATX, micro-ATX, and mini-ITX motherboards.

Drive bays on the P70 include three 5.25-inch, and an interior 3.5-inch drive cage with four bays, that can be detached to free up room for graphics cards as long as 380 mm (300 mm with the cage in place). Three 120 mm fans are included, a front intake, a rear exhaust, and a top exhaust. There's provision for a 120 mm front intake, a 120 mm rear exhaust, and two 120 mm top exhausts, that can hold on to a 240 mm x 120 mm radiator.

Antec Goes 2-Compartment with the P50

Antec showed off one of its first two-compartment cases, the P50. This micro-ATX case features a vertical partition, à la Corsair Carbide Air 240. Its front is decked with a brushed faux-aluminium panel, with a single 5.25-inch drive bay that's along the plane of the base, rather than vertical. Front panel connectivity includes six USB 2.0/1.1 ports, and two USB 3.0 ones, apart from 3.5 mm HDA jacks. The top vent tucks in a large 200 mm spinner, which swaps out for room for a 240 x 120 mm radiator.

The left-side compartment holds the motherboard tray, with no obstacles for graphics cards as long as 300 mm, and CPU coolers as tall as 160 mm. This compartment has two 80 mm rear exhausts. The right-side compartments holds the PSU bay with a 140 mm intake, and two ventilated drive bay stacks, with three 3.5-inch, and two 2.5-inch drive bays, in all. In all, the case has room for eight fans. All panels feature high-density polycarbonate, which works to reduce noise.

Antec Announces the Availability of ErP Lot 26:2014 Compliant Power Supplies
