QNAP Unveils the QNA-UC5G1T USB 3.0 to 5GbE Adapter

QNAP Systems, Inc. (QNAP), a leading storage, network and computing solutions provider, today launched the QNA-UC5G1T USB 3.0 to 5GbE adapter, allowing users to add 5GbE/2.5GbE/1GbE/100MbE connectivity to their computers and NAS via USB 3.0. QNAP Introduces the QDA Series of Drive Adapters for PC and NAS

QNAP Systems, Inc. today introduced the QDA Series, a range of drive adapters that provide users with the ability to install various drives into their PC/workstation (Windows , Linux ) or QNAP NAS to meet various storage needs. When used with a QNAP NAS, drives installed using QDA Series drive adapters can be easily monitored using the QTS Storage Manager app.

The QDA-A2AR drive adapter accommodates two 2.5-inch SATA drives within a 3.5-inch SATA drive bay with up to 6 Gb/s file transfer speeds. No software driver is required, and it can be installed in a PC/workstation (Windows, Linux) or QNAP NAS. Supports hardware RAID, and provides a disk mode switch tool for selecting RAID modes (Individual, JBOD, RAID 0, or RAID 1). Windows users can use the QNAP External RAID Manager utility to view the RAID and disk information.

QNAP Unveils the TR-002 - a 2-bay RAID Expansion Enclosure for NAS

QNAP Systems, Inc. (QNAP) today launched the TR-002, a 2-bay hardware RAID expansion enclosure that can be utilized as a NAS storage expansion solution, and also as hardware RAID storage for Windows/macOS/Linux computers and NAS. QNAP Releases MediQPACS to Help Small and Medium Healthcare Providers

QNAP Systems, Inc. (QNAP ) today released MediQPACS, an application that turns a QNAP NAS into a private PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) server to help users securely back up DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) files from hospital modalities and allows for quick viewing and complete management of medical images. MediQPACS provides healthcare facilities with a budget-friendly alternative for their PACS server in HIS (hospital network systems) with 24/7 availability, central management, and dependable storage of all DICOM files.

QNAP Launches the Mustang-200 Computing Accelerator Card

QNAP Systems, Inc. today launched the Mustang-200 dual-CPU computing accelerator card with 10GbE network connectivity (available with Intel Core i5 / Core i7 / Celeron processors). By installing the card in a compatible QNAP NAS' (or PC's) PCIe slot, users will essentially add two processors to their system for increased computing capabilities to provide a flexible performance boost to their IT infrastructure and applications.

QNAP Introduces TS-351 3-bay Home NAS

QNAP Systems, Inc. today released the 10GbE-ready quad-core TS-932X, a budget-friendly NAS designed to accommodate five 3.5-inch hard drives and four 2.5-inch SSDs. QNAP Ships its First 3-bay TS-328 RAID 5 NAS

QNAP Unveils the QXG-10G1T, a 5-Speed 10GBASE-T NIC for NAS or PC

QNAP Systems, Inc. (QNAP) today unveiled the QXG-10G1T, a 5-speed PCI Express 10GBASE-T/NBASE-T NIC that supports 10GBASE-T/1000BASE-T/100BASE-TX and also 5GBASE-T/2.5GBASE-T (IEEE 802.3bz; NBASE-T) speeds. When used with Cat 6a cables, the QXG-10G1T can greatly improve network connection speeds to maximize transmission performance.

The QXG-10G1T is equipped with the Aquantia AQtion AQC107 NIC that supports 10/5/2.5/1Gbps and 100Mbps speeds. The RJ45 connector design also allows users to use their existing cables. By using Cat 5e cables, transmission speeds can reach up to 5Gbps, while using Cat 6a cables can deliver up to 10Gbps connectivity.

QNAP Launches the TS-253Be and TS-453Be NAS with M.2 SSD and 10GbE Expandability
