Thermaltake today introduced the View 23 Tempered Glass ARGB, an ATX mid-tower case characterized by a trio of addressable-RGB illuminated 120 mm intake fans dominating the front panel, and a 4 mm-thick tempered glass panel making up the left side. The front, while see-through, is made of acrylic since it features a non-flat surface. The three front fans' LEDs are plugged into a simple controller that cycles between lighting presets at the push of a button on the front panel; although you can plug them to an ARGB header for software control.

Inside, you get a conventional horizontally partitioned layout. The motherboard tray serves up room for graphics cards up to 36.6 cm in length (up to 26 cm if a radiator is mounted along the front intakes), and CPU coolers up to 17 cm in height. Among the other fan vents are a pair of 120 mm exhausts along the motherboard tray pointing outward from the right side panel, two 140 mm top exhausts, and a 120 mm rear exhaust. Deepcool is expanding their Matrexx 55 series of cases with the Matrexx 55 ADD-RGB 3F and Matrexx 55 ADD-RGB. Both cases will offer addressable RGB LEDs and come pre-programmed with five lighting functions including; static, comet, breathing, dynamic color, and fashion collision. They even include an ADD-RGB lighting strip in the front for good measure. Controlling all of these RGB LEDs is done via a built-in button on the I/O panel, however, users also have the ability to control the LEDs via software such as; ASUS Aura Sync and MSI Mystic Light among others. Finally, to make matters easier on consumers Deepcool has also made sure to support the universal 5 volt 3-pin RGB connector in conjunction with the proprietary GamerStorm RGB connector.

Unlike the original Matrexx 55 case, both of these new models now feature a power supply shroud giving them an upgraded internal appearance. In regards to differences between the ADD-RGB and ADD-RGB 3F, there is only one and that is the three CF120 ARGB fans included with the 3F model. The ADD-RGB base model has no fans pre-installed. Other than what has been covered, all three Matrexx 55 cases are essentially the same from a base design perspective with all of them using the same internal layout. All three still use the same two 4 mm tempered glass side panels along with the same magnetic dustproof net on top and dust filters in the front and bottom. Availability is expected in November with the Matrexx 55 ADD-RGB 3F costing $75 and the Matrexx ADD-RGB costing $50.

Thermaltake today introduced the first major redesign of the Core P3 chassis from 2016. Called the Core P3 TG, the case includes a curved tempered glass panel that you can either orient to cover the side and top, or the side and front. The 5 mm-thick glass panel features a curved edge, and bends 90° over a curved edge. The open-air ATX case can be oriented as a tower or sideways. Its expansion slots are arranged perpendicular to the plane of the motherboard, and you use PCIe riser cables to install your graphics cards.

The highly modular case features detachable drive bays, which include two each 3.5-inch and 2.5-inch. Mounts along the motherboard tray let you install large radiators, such as 420 mm x 140 mm. The case measures 333 mm x 470 mm x 512 mm (WxDxH), and serves up room for graphics cards up to 45 cm long (no length limits if you orient the glass panel to cover the top), and CPU coolers up to 18 cm in height, and PSUs up to 20 cm in length. Available now, the Core P3 TG is expected to be priced around $130.

MSI today introduced the Gaming Series MAG Pylon, an ATX mid-tower case characterized by tempered glass panels, and MSI Mystic Light RGB readiness. The case features 4 mm-thick tempered glass making up both its left and right side panels, and front panels. The rest of the case is made of 0.6 mm-thick SECC steel. Under the hood is a conventional horizontal dual partition layout. The upper main compartment serves up room for graphics cards up to 37 cm in length, and CPU coolers up to 16.5 cm in height.

The bottom compartment is completely enclosed from the left side, and has an RGB LED-illuminated MSI Gaming logo near the PSU bay. Storage features include two 3.5-inch drive bays in the bottom compartment, which can each hold 2.5-inch drives; and four 2.5-inch drive mounts behind the motherboard tray.
