Xi3 Corporation today announced it has entered into a multi-phase agreement with Intel Corporation to develop, manufacture and sell next-generation Micro-Mini PCs, including Intel's successful Intel NUC (Next Unit of Computing) computers.

Micro-Mini PCs represent one of the only growing sectors of the general PC market, as enterprises seek the increased performance, greater power efficiency and modularity of ultra-small form factor computers.

Xi3 Corporation today announced that its PISTON Console will be available for purchase beginning on Black Friday: November 29, 2013. Xi3 customers who pre-ordered a PISTON Console during or before the SXSW 2013 Gaming Expo will receive their PISTON Consoles on or before November 15, 2013.

Xi3 Corporation unveiled its Z3RO Pro Computer, a small form factor computer the size of a small paperback at the 2013 International CES trade show, January 8-11, 2013.

With a starting price point of $399, the Z3RO Pro Computer is designed to showcase the future of small form factor desktop computing. Housed in Xi3's smallest chassis (1.875 x 4.875 x 3.625-inches), the Z3RO Pro Computer is designed for general computer use, including home and office environments, and is powerful enough for specialty applications such as digital signage environments and home theater use.

Xi3Corporation today announced a development stage system optimized for computer gameplay on large high-definition television monitors.

Housed in the uniquely shaped, grapefruit-size Xi3 Modular Computer chassis, this new development stage product is being showcased this week at the 2013 International CES trade show in Las Vegas, Nevada in booth #20425 in the Las Vegas Convention Center. Xi3's new development stage product is designed specifically to support both Steam and its Big Picture mode for residential and LAN party computer gaming on larger high-def screens.

Xi3 Corporation today unveiled two new Xi3 Modular Computers (the X7A Modular Computer and the X3A Modular Computer). Additionally, the company announced today it has slashed the starting price of its award-winning X5A-5342 Xi3 Modular Computer to $499 from $899.

This news release provides additional product details about the X7A and X3A Modular Computers, both of which were initially disclosed by the company via a Kickstarter project launched by Xi3 three days ago. Xi3's Kickstarter project ("Xi3: Help us Usher in the Post-PC Era") allows Kickstarter Fans and Followers to learn about Xi3's plans for two new Xi3 Modular Computers, while also allowing them to place pre-orders now for X7A Modular Computers and X3A Modular Computers. Additionally, backers of Xi3's Kickstarter project who place a pre-order Pledge for the X7A or X3A will receive their new Xi3 Modular Computer up to two weeks prior to General Availability and will also earn the right to pre-order future Xi3 products for early delivery as well.
