Just like the Founders Edition, the ASUS GeForce RTX 3080 TUF Gaming OC has fan stop, which is ideal in keeping system noise levels low outside of gaming, as they shut down completely.
Gaming noise levels with the performance BIOS are pretty much the same as with the Founders Edition, which is a little bit disappointing. You do get much better temperatures, though. With the quiet BIOS active, noise levels are impressive; just 31 dBA is impressive. Temperatures in that mode are fine, too. Actually, with 71°C, they are low enough for the fans to be set to run even quieter.
