The fan's speed tops out once the load reaches 900 W and operating temperature exceeds 45°C. With loads of up to 650 W at high operating temperatures, the fan's speed stays below 1000 RPM.

I expected a looser fan-speed profile under average operating temperatures. HEC sought to make sure the mainstream Teapo caps on the secondary side aren't pushed too hard, though.
