Cooler Master Sentinel III Review

Introduction

Cooler Master Logo

Cooler Master has been making mice for quite a while, and the Sentinel III is, as its name implies, the third iteration of the Sentinel mouse. The new Sentinel III keeps the Sentinel Advance II's shape and materials, but replaces the 8200 DPI laser sensor with a 6400 DPI optical sensor and the 128KB of on-board memory for settings with 512KB. The Sentinel III also sports full 16.8 million color RGB lighting instead of its predecessor's seven LED colors.

The Package

The box is sleek and black, with a front cover that is held in place by Velcro.

Opening the cover gets you a much better look at the Sentinel III's actual size; however, you don't have enough room to properly grip it.

The bundle just consists of the mouse and a warranty card.
