Out of the box, it is clear where the visual focus of the chassis lies. With its uniquely shaped front, Enermax is hoping looks will make customers gravitate towards the case first and foremost.

The front of the MarbleShell MS30 does look pretty cool, and there are fine air vents all along the ridges between the solid parts of the chassis. Behind the panel, you will find three 120 ARGB fans set to pull air in through the front. This is nice, but upon first sight, the MarbleShell MS30 does not provide a lot of venting to maximize this in it design. Based on the rear, this case appears to have a modern and classic layout with the PSU bay on the bottom of the enclosure.

The main side panel sports a clear window, which is framed nicely in black and has no ugly mounting screws. Instead, it is held in place by two thumb screws, just like a classic side panel. On the opposite side is a solid, metal panel, once again held in place by the same type of screws.

Looking at the rear, the bottom holds the PSU bay, which comes with two sets of mounting holes, so no matter how exotic the power supply, you won't have to worry about your PSU ventilation. Above that are the seven expansion slots which are unfortunately of the break-out kind, and Enermax did not include any spare covers should your setup change over time. In the very top is another 120 mm fan set to push hot air out the back. This one does not have any LEDs, but with a total of four included units, buyers of the MarbleShell MS30 won't have to worry about buying any more for their rig.

In the very top is a black, magnetic metal-mesh dust filter that covers mounting possibilities for two 120 or 140 mm fans. Instead, you may also install a radiator of up to 240 mm here. The I/O consisting of the usual pair of audio plugs, two USB 2.0, and two USB 3.0 ports is covered by plastic bits, which is a nice touch.
