GPU Voltage, VRM Configuration
GPU Chip Voltage Controller

GPU voltage is a six-phase design managed by a Monolithic Power Systems MP2979 controller.

Monolithic MP86956 DrMOS components are used for GPU voltage; they are rated for 70 A of current each.

Memory Voltage, VRM Configuration
Memory Chip Voltage Controller

It seems there's two memory voltages, one marked in red, the other in green. Both are managed by a second Monolithic MP2979.

For memory, Monolithic MP86950 DrMOS with a 50 A rating are used.

This Realtek RTD2173 chip is used to enable the HDMI 2.1 functionality, by converting a DisplayPort signal to HDMI.

Graphics Card Memory Chips

The GDDR6 memory chips are made by Samsung and carry the model number K4ZAF325BM-HC18. They are specified to run at 2250 MHz (18 Gbps GDDR6 effective).

Graphics Chip GPU

Intel's ACM-G10 graphics processor is the company's largest chip using the Arc Alchemist architecture. It is produced on a 6 nanometer process at TSMC Taiwan, with a die size of 406 mm², packing 21.7 billion transistors. The Intel S-Spec number is SRLWZ.
