The Package

The KTC OLED G27P6 was delivered to me in a wooden skeleton crate, which protected a good-looking box, covered in product pictures and its key features. Getting the box out of the crate was a major pain in the behind, as the crate was nailed together, so it took a crowbar to pry it open. I appreciate the extra precaution, but doubt it was necessary; much larger panels were delivered to me with no issues at all. The product box itself is a joy to work with, as it opens like the hood of a car, giving you easy access to the base, stand, accessories, and the panel itself. This is an infinitely better approach than the usual one, where the panel is fitted between two pieces of Styrofoam, which you have to pull out of the box vertically, and then pick up the cables and other accessories from the floor.

The box contains everything needed to get you going quickly: DisplayPort and HDMI cables, USB-C to USB-C cable, a 168 W power brick, and a power cable. You also get a calibration report and a printed user manual.
