Overclocking the RTX 3070 Founders Edition works similar to the RTX 3080 and Turing cards. It is actually slightly easier because the memory chips don't have an error-correcting mechanism, so you'll see memory errors (from OC that is too high) more easily—you don't have to watch performance like a hawk to figure out where the instability has its starting point.
