Phanteks M25-140 Fans

With the case, Phanteks has also sent us a 3-pack of their M25 series fans in the 140 mm size. While we can't use these in our show build due to the fact that we will pack a 360 mm AIO into it, we can still take this opportunity to take a closer look, considering these are identical to the chassis ones. The color box features a little window to give you a sneak peek at the units, while the rear of the box goes into some additional detail and shows another view of these cooling units.

The three fans we received are all black to match the chassis, but Phanteks also offers white or ARGB equipped variants. In addition, you will find ample mounting screws as well as two expansion cables for the PWM connectors.

Looking closer at one of the M25-140 units, you will notice the sizable hub and sturdy build quality, with nine curved blades. In the rear there is a Phanteks sticker as well as four curved support beams that hold the impeller.

The wire of the M25-140 series is just a few inches long and features the ability to daisy chain fans. This should allow you to have multiple of these units connected together without cable clutter, utilizing just one of the expansion cables to connect the set to a single motherboard header.

On the corners, there is a gray rubber pad as an anti-vibration measure, and the exterior of the frame is branded on both sides, so it still looks good no matter how you install these. A subtle arrow will also remind you which way air will be pushed, so you can ensure you set your cooling up correctly.
