Introduction

I would like to thank Raidmax for providing the review sample.

Raidmax needs no introduction as they are well known for their futuristic looking gaming computer chases. With the addition of the Blackstorm, Raidmax has continued to innovate case manufacturing with unique cooling as well as interesting color and style designs. Raidmax is on a large market of gaming computer cases, tough established competition awaits for the Blackstorm but we'll see if it can hold it's own.

Packaging

We received the Blackstorm enclosed inside a sleek black packaging that hosts a sample picture of the black version. The sides are draped with the basic specifications and key features of the case. A nice packing that certainly is eye catching off the store shelves.

Opening the packaging, we have the case firmly enclosed in packing foam with a sleeping bag plastic sheet. This sheet tightly covers the chassis ensuring no loose screw might mare the outer paint.

Contents

After opening the case one quickly finds the instruction manual and the accessories tucked under the hard drive bay. This niche location is very nice, tucked away and nicely snapping into place. The accessories are enclosed and almost locked in place in the small accessory bay.
