Silverstone has taken the unique design of the Fortress FT03 and reduced the overall size of the chassis to create the FT03 Mini. Even so, the case manages to impress in terms of quality, with its thick aluminum panels and solid internal construction. Even with its small size, you will still find room for up to three hard drives, and space for a 10 inch graphics card.
While there is no compromise in those areas, you will have to pick from a list of PSUs and CPU coolers to make the most of the interior space of the FT03 Mini. If this aspect takes you by surprise, then you have clearly not done your research before buying this chassis, as size or the lack thereof is the biggest factor for the Mini variant of the unique Fortress chassis.
Overall, you can easily build a powerful system which will rival that of its bigger brethren with a bit of foresight. The only two downsides are the noisy fan and the lack of an eject button for the ODD bay. Neither of these are real dealbreakers, making the Silverstone Fortress FT03 Mini an awesome little case - which I lovingly shall call "the bucket". Well done Silverstone!
