Introduction
With memory prices falling, now is a great time to be looking for memory upgrades. Fall hardware releases are in full swing, there is competition from both Intel and AMD, and the Red brand has thoroughly fixed the memory issues of generations past. No longer do users have to worry about memory compatibility or shopping for expensive AMD-branded kits. With 3200 MHz natively supported on the new Ryzen platform, options for enthusiasts have never been more open.
Team Group is a Taiwan-based manufacturer largely rooted in the manufacture of flash memory products. The brand has spent the past few years building a name for itself as an emergent leader in high performance memory products with their award winning T-Force brand. The Team Group sample we are taking a look at today bears a similar lineage, but with a different focus. The T-Create Classic 10L is a productivity focused high-capacity kit available in either 2666 MHz or 3200 MHz, with a low-profile design and a 10-layer PCB for extra stability.
The Team Group T-Create Classic 10L kit I have for testing today features 2x 32 GB sticks at 3200 MHz and 22-22-22-52 timings and an efficient 1.2 V. These are the first 32 GB sticks I have the privilege of testing, so let's dive right in!

Packaging
The packaging is a compact cardboard box with a molded clamshell inside. The box has a practical, muted gray aesthetic and contains all the elements I like to see in memory packaging; most importantly, a sticker with speed, timings, and voltage.
A Closer Look
The Team Group T-Create Classic 10L sticks feature a very simple profile with angular, stamped heat spreaders.
These sticks have a gray heatspreader that has a simple outline, but lots of stamped lines and angles for more detail.
The Team Group T-Create Classic 10L sticks are rated for 3200 MHz at 22-22-22-52 and 1.2 V by default, no XMP profile or overclocking required. "DDR4 Classic" features on the right side of each stick.
"T-CREATE" is printed on the center of each stick, as well as across the top.
The Team Group T-Create Classic 10L sticks are double-sided and use SK Hynix CMR 2 GB ICs on a PCB with 10 layers for added stability.
I like to weigh a stick from each kit I get as the difference in mass can be pretty drastic between kits. Mass is not the best indicator of cooling efficiency because material can matter, and of course, heat dissipation is reliant on surface area, not volume or mass. That said, it is still interesting to compare.
The Team Group T-Create Classic 10L comes in at 34.11 g on my scale, which is on the high end. The aluminium heat spreader is thicker than most, and the gray aluminium insert adds a fair bit of mass. For height, the Team Group T-Create Classic 10L comes in at almost 33.06 mm with my calipers, which is well below the average 45–50 mm. This kit will be great for systems where cooler clearance is a concern.
