Introduction

I would like to thank Thermaltake for supplying the review sample.

The Divider Series has been met with some good initial impressions as far as the unique design is concerned, even though the Divider 300 TG ARGB, which we reviewed, has its shortcomings. In this review, we will take a look at the largest of the Divider family, the Divider 500 TG ARGB. Thermaltake offers the case in its original, glass-focused variant with all-white or all-black as color options. On top of that, there is now an Air variant with a vented front panel as well. It will be interesting to see whether the larger dimensions of the Divider 500 TG ARGB allow for the unique design to shine while eliminating some of the shortcomings of the more compact Divider 300 TG ARGB.

Packaging

The Thermaltake Divider 500 TG ARGB ships in a full-color cardboard box with an image of the enclosure on the larger panels. On the sides, you will find an additional image of the enclosure on one and the specification table on the other side.

Thermaltake sandwiches the case between two big Styrofoam spacers, which each also hold one of the additional side panels that come with the Divider 500 TG ARGB. A plastic bag further protects the chassis from fingerprints and scratches.
