Noise and Fan Speed (Increased Temperatures)

The fan's speed increased linearly following the load increase, but it allows the fan to spin at high speeds, where noise output is increased. With proper heatsinks on the secondary side, the fan speed profile could be more relaxed.

Noise and Fan Speed (~30°C)

If you push the minor rails, the passive operation only lasts for a short time. Still, the fan's speed doesn't go over 600 RPM, so noise output is low with up to 420 W loads. You will have to push the PSU beyond 650 W, to exceed 30 dBA noise. Lastly, there are some scenarios where fan noise can exceed 40 dBA.
