Assembly
Putting everything together is quite straightforward, thanks to the detailed and clearly illustrated manual. Like most chairs of this type, there is nothing unusual about the process. You begin by attaching the armrests to the seat, and then connect the entire assembly to the ThunderX3 SYNC6 mechanism.
Next, assemble the five-star base by inserting the casters and slotting in the gas lift. Once that's done, you're all set.
The final step, which is arguably the most challenging, involves attaching the seat and backrest assembly to the base with the gas lift. It only requires a bit of careful alignment.
Details
Once assembled, the chair makes a solid first impression—not just visually. The overall build quality looks very good, with a finish that gives off a premium vibe. At first glance, everything fits together perfectly, though, of course, we will put that to the test a bit later during the closer-look part. A small but welcome touch is the inclusion of a few spare bolts in the box—a thoughtful addition that might save the day down the line.
