Introduction

Westone is one of the leading earphone brands. Today we are going to take a look at their newest offering called the Westone 3s. The Westone 3s represent a new branch in their earphone line-up. With the new name Westone ushers in a new era in universal fit in-ears, the Westone 3s are the first ever universal fit earphones to boost a true three way crossover design. Couple that with perfectly phased aligned drivers mounted piggyback style and it is clear that Westone means business with this new model. To get your hands on a set of these state-of-the-art in-ears you have to drop around $400 which is quite a bit, however, you get a unique listening experience.

The Package

The Westone in-ears ship in a relatively small box packed to the rim with goodies.

It is hard to put a finger on the bundle. You simply get everything you need to get a good listening experience. There is a ten piece fit kit, a cleaning tool, a 1/8" to 1/4" adapter.

The carrying pouch is definitely of a more handy kind than what was supplied with the UM2s.
