A Closer Look

What Team Group is offering here with the T-Force XCALIBUR RGB sticks might not be immediately obvious unless you are into playing with memory

These sticks are simple; large metal heatspreader and even a larger RGB light bar across the top. A metal accent wraps across the top at one end.

The specs of these sticks are rather unassuming. This is a selling point rather than a con here, but more on that later. This is about building up the T-Force brand in different ways.

Most should be familiar with the legend of Excalibur. The T-Force logo up top and the metal band that wraps over the stick help embody this, but it might not seem that way with just a cursory glance; this is elegance in design, really.

I always check the edges of the PCB for any PCB markers or such that might be interesting. I did manage to find some PCB numbers, as well as a notation of how many PCB layers there are. A 10-layer PCB is here to help us push the ICs.

Other than that, there's not much worth mentioning here. Oh, well maybe the claim that these sticks are equipped with Samsung memory chips...
