"Our Satellite L series delivers a great display, awesome audio and robust performance to help you do, create and play - all from one affordably priced laptop that will work great with Windows 10."
Premium Performance for Work and Play
The Satellite L Series laptops are designed for Windows 10 and include hardware features ready to make the most of the new operating system. The laptops feature an integrated HD webcam and dual-array TruTalk microphones to enable voice apps like Cortana and Skype and a dedicated Cortana key offers easy access to Microsoft's personal digital assistant for finding information.

Customers have the option to play music or watch the latest DVD movies with the built-in DVD SuperMulti drive.

To round out the entertainment experience, Toshiba and Skullcandy, along with DTS, aligned to tune the built-in speakers to Skullcandy's audio spec, as well as integrate a custom sound profile with optimized settings for Skullcandy headphones and earbuds, providing a richer, clearer and more natural sound.

"Most computing companies obsess about high definition displays but stop short of considering the full consumer experience around visuals and audio," said Sam Paschel, CCO of Skullcandy. "One of the great things about the Toshiba partnership has been their deep understanding of the consumer and our shared position that high quality audio is one of the cornerstones of the experience for enjoying music, games and streaming media. We have set incredibly high standards for our headphones and earbuds - the Toshiba partnership enables us to bring that same great performance to Satellite L Series laptops."

The new Satellite L Series laptops are thin, lightweight and stylish, encased in a fashion-forward Satin Gold Finish with sleek lines and a less-than-an-inch profile. A backlit and frameless TruType keyboard delivers a contoured key design for more comfortable typing with less key bounce, along with a modern buttonless touchpad with multi-gesture control.
