For the rest 2,400 LED lumens = 1000 ANSI lumens.

It is two times dimmer than an average conventional PJ. Strange that they are hiding fan noise figures too.

my first thought was exaclty that. I saw 2400 and thought "might be usable" and then saw LED lumens and instantly knew why this will be sold at 1400€ or so ...

below 2.5k ansi is not really usable. No matter with what type of screen. I mean, except in a bunker or windowless basement.

why offer that resolution then? Even with just some ambient-light (leftover after curtains) you will not see a difference between this one and a full-hd one with the same brightness. Most of the details are lost because of poor performance otherwise ... I really don't get it. I'd really rather have a 1080p one with 2000 ansi than a 4k one with 1k ansi ......

Now someone who spent all their money on a bunker can save on a projector!

60hz? What is the refresh rate?

This doesn't look like a gaming projector.

As large gaming TVs get cheaper, projectors become less appealing as a gaming / entertainment basement screen.
Samsung was doing a closeout of their 2021 9 series TVs. Their 85" was going for $2500 discounted. For a native 4K, 120hz gsync compatible 10bit panel with qled microLEDs ... I was very tempted to buy it to replace my 100" basement projector that's 1080p 120hz. I usually game on it and these newer TVs look incredible (I have the 65" variant in my bedroom. What an upgrade from a 4K Vizio TV from 2014).
