Trucking company Sues Dell for not Paying transportation costs

Dell is getting sued by a trucking company. This is because, according to Con-Way Transportation Services, Dell is refusing to pay for the transportation of $42,497.26 worth of goods. Con-Way Transportation Services is suing in a Texas court, and is looking for payment of transportation (plus 1.5%/month interest), as well as compensation for the legal costs, such as lawyers.

Dell should just pay up. I mean they can afford to fork up $42,497.26. Pffft.

Its probably something to do with lost/damaged goods in shipping... and a policy conflict.

Con-Way is a large LTL carrier here in the US, and CANADA. Dell should pay its bills, but expect it to get worse if you follow Dell Inc. After all, they did move there HQ out of the US so they dont have to pay as many taxes.
