The Intel Atom N2800 was a mobile processor with 2 cores, launched in December 2011. It is part of the Atom lineup, using the Cedarview architecture with BGA 559. Thanks to Intel Hyper-Threading the core-count is effectively doubled, to 4 threads. Atom N2800 has 512 KB of L2 cache per core and operates at 1867 MHz. Intel is making the Atom N2800 on a 32 nm production node using 176 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on Atom N2800, which limits its overclocking potential. With a TDP of 7 W, the Atom N2800 consumes extremely little energy. Intel's processor supports DDR3 memory. This processor features the GMA integrated graphics solution. The SSE4 instruction set is not supported, which can cause problems with modern games, as they require that capability.
