The Intel Atom Z650 was a mobile processor with 1 core, launched in April 2011. It is part of the Atom lineup, using the Lincroft-T architecture with BGA 518. Atom Z650 has 512 KB of L2 cache per core and operates at 1200 MHz. Intel is making the Atom Z650 on a 45 nm production node using 140 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on Atom Z650, which limits its overclocking potential. With a TDP of 3 W, the Atom Z650 consumes extremely little energy. Intel's processor supports DDR2 memory. This processor features the GMA integrated graphics solution. The SSE4 instruction set is not supported, which can cause problems with modern games, as they require that capability.
