It just possibly became worth it today, check: http://www.techpowerup.com/105584/E...try_s_Smallest_40nm_2-gigabit_DDR3_SDRAM.html...low voltage RAM seems to work better with PII's, DDR3 is lower voltage by default. You might get better OC's that way.
I think hold out for those, assuming they'll be a good price since they have high yields. I think anything below 1600MHz, if going DDR3, isn't worth it.
