I think the poll sort of says everything. A nice whopping 11% actually care about RT whereas there is an event split for the rest wanting more performance or more cost effectiveness. To be honest, that doesn't surprise me. I couldn't give to craps about RT. All I want is a cost effective upgrade from my Vega 64 should I ever be in a position to build a new machine. That means a reasonable price and more performance than what I have now. If it comes with RT, fine, but it's not a requirement by any stretch of the imagination. This difference probably becomes even more stark when you start talking about mobile GPUs.
All in all, I still think RT is a niche market and nVidia is really trying to change that. I can't say it's succeeding though.
