Packaging

The MM711 comes in a notably compact box, which includes the mouse, a quick start guide, and a set of replacement mouse feet.

Weight

My scale shows around 59 g (+/- 1 g) with a bit of cable, which is an excellent result. Cooler Master cites a weight of less than 60 g without the cable, which seems accurate given this result.

Cable

The MM711 features a paracord-like braided cable. Compared to the paracord-style cables of the competition this is easily one of the best. Even right out of the box, there are barely any kinks, and the flexibility is incredible. All in all, an excellent cable. The length is 1.85 m (measured). The cable has a ferrite bead attached to it, which helps reduce noise, as well as a gold-plated USB connector.

Feet

The feet on the MM711 are standard white-dyed PTFE (Teflon) feet (>95% purity) with slightly rounded edges. Giving an accurate assessment of their glide properties is a surprisingly difficult task. For reasons unknown, the whole underside of the mouse scratches on my pad (as well as two others I tried), which impairs the glide no matter what. I reckon that on their own, the feet may glide reasonably well, but I can't make any definite claims in that regard.
