Introduction

Corsair Logo

Corsair is a US-based peripherals and hardware company founded in 1994. The Dark Core RGB Pro is the newest revision of the Dark Core series, which is Corsair's FPS, RTS, and MOBA/MOBA line of right-handed ergonomic gaming mice. Improvements can be found across the board. The most notable is the sensor, which is the PixArt PAW3392, a custom 18,000 CPI sensor uniquely capable of CPI adjustments in increments of 1 CPI. The Dark Core Pro RGB can be used in wired or Bluetooth mode for longer battery life, or in the so-called "Slipstream" 2.4 GHz wireless mode which promises sub-1 ms latency and a battery life of up to 36 hours without RGB illumination. A novelty for wireless mice is the maximum polling rate of 2000 Hz. As is customary for Corsair mice, the Dark Core RGB is fully compatible with Corsair iCUE, allowing you to fully program the eight buttons and nine-zone RGB lighting to your liking and needs.
