Thief is the latest installment in a series of stealth video games in which you play a thief in a steampunk-inspired world who tries to avoid fights by hiding in the shadows and sneaking around enemies.
The game uses a heavily modified Unreal Engine 3 with support for latest technologies, like Phong Tessellation, Depth of Field, and Contact Hardening Shadows. It is also one of the first titles that adopts AMD's Mantle API. For our testing, we used the highest details setting in DirectX 11 mode.
