In today's review, I will be looking at Scythe's Ninja 4. The unique design offers a massive amount of surface area for heat dissipation and the ability to mount the fan on any of its four sides. With that versatility and some solid specs, Scythe's Ninja 4 should be a solid performer, but let's take a closer look before singing it any praises.
