Windows Vista delayed again?

Everyone waiting for Vista to upgrade their hardware, may need a lot more patience than expected. Gartner predicts that Vista will ship in Q2 2007, and will never make the Christmas deadline given by Microsoft. HP for example, pushed release of Vista powered PCs because it could not install and ship units in time for Christmas within the one month time frame from November to December. That is their official statment at least. Microsoft is still saying that Vista will ship in some form this year, with general availablity by January 2007. Time will tell.
