MSI Launches P965 Platinum Motherboard with CrossFire Support


Micro Star International (MSI), a leader of motherboard manufacturers, after launching the P965 Platinum based on Intel P965 Express Chipset, now lead the industry to be the first in supporting ATI CrossFire, thanks to our pioneering R&D, MSI not only declares continuous innovations on Intel chipsets, but also provide outstanding performance to all users. MSI P965 Platinum was considered for the multi-GPU support initially in design process, and therefore equipped with 2 PCI Express x16 slots. MSI now make a breakthrough on the P965 platform to directly support ATI CrossFire mode (Runs at 16+4 speed) with the latest ATI CrossFire Ready Radeon X1K graphics, which makes it the first P965 chipset based motherboard to support ATI CrossFire.

the wierd thing is that the other manfactures boards has an ati crossfire sticker on it, but doesnt support it....
