Mozilla officially releases Firefox 2.0 final

Mozilla has deemed its next generation browser ready for the general public, like Microsoft did with IE7 just days ago. You can get a copy for yourself here. There are several new features in Firefox 2, such as a close button on each tab, a nicer user interface, general security tweaks, spell checking, and the ability to resume a session closed by accident. A representative from Mozilla says "The key focus in Firefox 2 is making sure that what we are focusing on is tightness and efficiency--with the ability of turning that browser into exactly what one needs, focusing on security, stability and speed." You can read the full release notes here.

Most already are. Firefox 2 release candidates have been out forever. I've been using it for months, and most extensions are up to date.

I don't have a single not-working extension. Maybe you should check for updates of your extensions.
