CORSAIR Teases Upcoming Amazon Prime Day Deals

Amazon's now-annual Prime Day event in July is due to kickoff in less than 24 hours, and this year some of the deals actually look to be proper sales as opposed to the retailer and its partner aiming to reduce inventory of fluff no one purchases. Indeed, we have seen companies already make mention of items that will go on sale on Monday, July 16 to generate interest. CORSAIR must have decided this was a good idea as well, as we received a list of their products that would be available for a lower price than usual during the event. One such product is the Crystal series 570X RGB mid-tower case, which has an MSRP of $179.99 that includes three of their SP120 RGB fans and integrated lighting control, and will be available for $139.99 during said event. Read past the break for more of the teased deals, as well as links on Amazon.com for when they go live.

The CORSAIR Prime Day deals include other core components such as power supplies, and their 80 PLUS Gold-rated RMx series should be of interest to many. We took a detailed look at the 1000 W unit before, and it earned a Highly Recommended award as seen here. The 850 W RM850x PSU will be up for sale at $109.99, with the equivalent 750 W RM750x at $99.99 compared to their current price of $129.99 and $109.99 respectively.

CPU coolers get included in the sale event as well, with the extremely popular H100i v2 240 mm AIO liquid cooler going on sale for $79.99. The H100i V2 includes two 120 mm PWM fans, an RGB-lit pump head, and lighting + fan control via software drivers. It usually sells for $110, and has an MSRP of $130, making this deal a significant one. It is likely that this large discount is to also help clear off remaining inventory to make space for the upcoming H100i PRO cooler, but a deal's a deal no matter what.

There will be many CORSAIR keyboards up for sale during Prime Day, but one that caught our eye was their flagship K95 Platinum. We reviewed it early last year at launch and it impressed us even at the MSRP of $200. As of the date of this article, the keyboard can be had for $150-170 depending on the color and switch options which makes it more competitive among the many such keyboards available in the market today. To make it more attractive to potential customers, the K95 Platinum will be available for $134.99 and is even better now than at launch thanks to CORSAIR's new iCUE driver that is class-leading in functionality and form alike.

Knowing that a keyboard alone is handicapped without a mouse alongside, several of CORSAIR's mice will be up for sale as well. Yours truly has been using their M65 PRO mouse for a while now, and I have been happy with it for all I do. It has an MSRP of $59.99 for both the black and white color options, currently sells for $49.99/59.99 respectively for the two colors and will be available for $34.99/37.99 respectively. For the feature set offered, including a tunable 12,000 DPI Pixart PMW3360 optical sensor, removable weights, iCUE support and RGB lighting, it is a pretty good price if I say so myself.

Lastly, and arguably the most interesting in my personal opinion, is the upcoming deal on their excellent ML120 PRO RGB fans. While the sale event will have similar such deals on their other fan series too, for those who prefer more bling in particular, the ML120 PRO RGB fan impressed us greatly earning another Highly Recommended award, and the deal helps counter the major complaint I had on price point. With an MSRP of $120 for a triple pack with an including Lighting Node PRO controller, this was not easy to justify for most people where that cash could be used for a more powerful CPU or GPU instead. At $79.99, however, things look much better and hopefully people who have been holding out for a sale such as this upcoming one will find it more amenable too.

These listed deals are just a tease of many upcoming from CORSAIR, and indeed others in the PC DIY industry. We will attempt to make a similar list during the event for other such deals that catch our eye, and be sure to let us know what you purchased, as well as what you intend to build with the components- preferably via a build log on our forums.

It’d be nice to see the mirror edition go on sale too, but I won’t keep my hopes up.

Deals are great but that new iCUE software v3 from Corsair is horrid. Its much bigger bloatware wise & Installs a monitoring driver (which slowly ticks up in memory usage over time)

Totally
Ditto, their products aren't perfect and I really like them but CUE in in general is just a POS. Bit off-topic, they got into a spat with Asus about RGB software, don't know anymore details than that but that's why Corsair doesn't support Aura, and Asus doesn't support CUE while everyone else does. Thinking about it I'm inclined that Asus could have done the software much better.

I've been staying away from Amazon, but I've been getting emails about prime day like crazy ,because I recently canceled my prime membership. It's all because a product I purchased, which was one of the "Amazon choice" items (that are supposed to be pretty good quality). It broke The day after I got it ,& reviews were blocked for anything less than positive feedback. I started reading through the feedback from the previous buyers ,and it turned out they were bribed with $10 Amazon gift cards to give good feedback, and any negative feedback was flat out not allowed. Amazon wont comment, or reply to me ,so I'm ignoring as much as I can of their sales. I never really put too much stock in their rating system, especially because of all the controversy that it's under gone over the years ,as well as protection of anything "liberal oriented", but that's just bad business and dishonesty.

so I decided to order an air conditioner (which weighs 65 pounds) with the remaining weeks of my prime membership, and then i returned it , just stick it to them with the charges from shipping it back and forth :D

I figured I'd share my experience , good luck on sale day gentlemen, sorry for the rant.

SP120s... nah. Those aren't good case fans, they should bundle ML fans.

SPs are fine when using with a radiator, but I wouldn't use those as a case fan. Well, I have 2x ML120 on my 240 rad, SP140 LED & AF140L on 140 rad and 2x ML120 as exhaust on the top of my Carbide Air 740.

Prime day is live here in the UK. it started 12pm today.

I know this, because ive had multiple notifications and ive already bought stuff.

@VSG

Hello from the UK

In any case... what does this going live business have anything to do with my comment that 'USA' should be added to the title??

Im from the UK, Im not gonna buy stuff from Amazon USA and face paying import duty. There are a lot of Euros who browse TPU and i would appreciate if you were to add [Amazon USA] in the title just so people know this corsair thing is USA only.

Ah, that's weird. My original reply was based on the info from CORSAIR wherein it seemed like a general sale to coincide with when Amazon Prime Day would begin in their time zone (PST). I guess I will keep an eye out and see if these are region-specific, in which case I will make the edit then. Thanks for letting me know.

Still a good deal on that Corsair 570X RGB Case but I wanted the red one to match my Ryzen theme but sadly it's $40 more.

That's a pretty good price for the H100i v2. It cools my 3930k like a champ.
