Electronic Arts confirms the shutdown of EA Japan

EA Japan is no more. This certainly doesn't mean a lack of EA games in Japan, however. These games will simply be distributed or developed through EA's various partners. This will change the schedule of development for any games to be released in Japan.

did EA Japan make any games or were they just a distribution wing of EA?

EA I HATE EA RIGHT NOW!

They keep screwing up my favorite game... Makes me want to scream!
They should really stay out of the MMORPG games...

They managed to port some tycoon game to DS over a period of three years. That is probably why they got shut down.

"So you know I just guess what I'm saying, is that like uh, EA like sucks my balls. I think thats like what I'm saying, pretty much. Uh, they just suck my balls, like, I got this one ball here: E, E like sucks like this ball here, and then the A: the A sucks my other ball here. So the E and the A are just sucking both my balls."

I love EA. Back in the day *80s and 90s* they were the bomb. Not sure if I played any of their recent stuff besides Madden and NCAA 06 football.
