Would love to see some sale numbers for the Epic Store. :) I bet most sales where for consoles.

User reviews of the game are kinda mixed at MetaCritic. Gonna hold off till it's on Steam in a year. Game should also be more polished till then.

Not too bad considering most of the game site reviews were that the game was a bit mediocre.

PCGamer gave it a 55/100

Everyone speaks about pc gamer review but the game has an average of 75/100 on opencritic.com :

Would be more without pcgamer :p
Lately I found pcgamer to be really bad with their review.

I wonder how many of those sales were bundled with AMD RX6000-series :P

I don't put hardly any faith in PCGamer reviews or other mainstream game review sites but a lot of gamers do and that's why I was saying that the sales were pretty good considering the mediocre reviews.

PCGamer started going downhill almost 10 years ago.

Don't forget it's on a sale too, which might be the reason of more sales.

EDIT:
OOps my bad, some reason today i keep thinking of dying light haha.

I'll waiit until it's available from more places.

I haven't checked any reviews or gameplay on this game, but it has to be better then that trainwreck of Dying Light 2.

Too bad it's exclusive only on EGS. If it hits GoG I might pick a copy up then.

I stop checking out most reviews they just ruins the fun.
Bought it and loving it. Definitely more fun than DL2, I can play for hours without feeling forced.

I'm currently watching a playthrough on YT and loving the game. I'll definitely get it in the next Steam sale based on what I've seen so far. 55/100 seems ludicrous.

Count me in too. I'd buy it right now, but I already have like 1.000+ hours of backlog.

i think its an interesting choice to launch only on Epic store for PC..
So it gets treated like a console-exclusive for atleast 70% of people buying.
Epic will get their own little share of players buying the game and join thier ecosystem.(when adding freegames and u bymistake decide to buy this exclusive title anyway) .

and finally they launch in Steam...after many months when they launch on Steam.. the steam fanboys will treat as a "new AAA game" launch and will make it top the charts..
So a win-win situation for the Game developers.

I didn't think about it until now, but the game does come with Denuvo so I guess we won't ever see it on GoG until it's removed and even if it does get removed that doesn't mean it'll land on GoG. I guess I just wait and see.

I never check game reviews. In the end of the day, those reviews are very subjective, depending on the people who review the game.
The only review I check is the performance review.

I'll wait until this gets discounted before picking a copy.
