Super Talent First to Break 2000 Mhz DRAM Barrier

San Jose, California - July 23, 2007 -- Super Talent Technology, a leading manufacturer of DRAM memory modules and flash storage solutions, has captured the #1 position in AnandTech.com's endless quest for the world's fastest memory.

Super Talent's W1600UX2G7, the world's first 1600MHz DDR3 Kit in production, reached as high as 2008MHz in AnandTech's testing labs. W1600UX2G7 is a DDR3-1600 PC3-12800 2GB Kit (2x 1GB) that supports very aggressive 7-7-7-18 latencies. The Kit, equipped with black cast aluminum heatsinks, is hand tested as a matched pair at rated specs in an Asus P5K3 Deluxe motherboard prior to packaging and shipping. It's amazing aggressive timings=7-7-7-18, then again that is at 1600 mhz.

but not really bad timings. Im assuming this is DDR3.

However, can you imagine if this was DDR2!!!!
