SLi without the use of a bridge
OCWorkbench says NVIDIA has announced that with the release of Forceware 77.72 will allow GeForce 6600 (non-GT) to run in SLi. According to various sources, it seems that the new driver allows you to run two cards in SLi mode even without a interconnect bridge. 6600GT, 6800GT and the new 7800GTX can also run without the bridge although performance takes a hit, 6200 is also supposed to be able to run in SLi.
