The AMD A10-5757M is a mobile processor with 4 cores, launched in June 2013. It is part of the A10 lineup, using the Richland architecture with Socket FP2. A10-5757M has 1 MB of L2 cache per core and operates at 2.5 GHz by default, but can boost up to 3.5 GHz, depending on the workload. AMD is building the A10-5757M on a 32 nm production process using 1,178 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on A10-5757M, which limits its overclocking capabilities. With a TDP of 35 W, the A10-5757M consumes only little energy. AMD's processor supports DDR3 memory with a dual-channel interface. This processor features the Radeon HD 8650G integrated graphics solution. Hardware virtualization is available on the A10-5757M, which greatly improves virtual machine performance.
