The Intel Atom Z610 was a mobile processor with 1 core, launched in May 2010. It is part of the Atom lineup, using the Lincroft architecture with BGA 518. Atom Z610 has 512 KB of L2 cache per core and operates at 800 MHz. Intel is building the Atom Z610 on a 45 nm production process using 140 million transistors. The multiplier is locked on Atom Z610, which limits its overclocking capabilities. With a TDP of 1 W, the Atom Z610 consumes extremely little energy. Intel's processor supports DDR1 and DDR2 memory. The SSE4 instruction set is not supported, which can cause problems with modern games, as they require that capability.
