Another suggestion if you want a big telly is holding out for a ~40" LCD that does 1920x1200, I'd much prefer that for gaming, and specials seem to have them hovering around 1k AUD if you catch them quick.

You really dont need the other stuff. Your rig/setup is fine. Spend your money on outdoorsports, or indoor sports

I moved to Apple alu flat keyboards about 6 months ago and have become a keyboard convert. Apple PC? Nope. Apple keyboard... yes. Brilliant. Very very fast to type once you have gone through the two-week aclimatisation

If you want more speed out of your system... you will notice much more by getting a SSD then OC'ing your system any further.

Forget the TRUE and grab the Xigmatek HDT1283...its all your going to need for your E8400, your board will top out before your chip and that will be miles before you even need the extra cooling power of the TRUE over said 1283.



Once you buy the Xiggy.....spend rest of money on hookers and blow.

In all seriousness 40-42" screens aren't TOO big and are bliss to game on compared to 1080p @ 30-32"

I've spent 6 weeks using a Sony Bravia 46" LCD 1080p as my main monitor, sitting around a meter from it, and yeah.... it is so epically freakin' cool man.

I know, I have that exact setup and I used it to take my E8400 to 4.95GHz.

I think I'm a do this:

Get the TV and get the Truly sexy (thanks acid...)for my term 3/4 present.
Then get the G35 for term 4/Christmas.
