Logitech is proud to announce that a special edition of its popular Logitech Wireless Touch Keyboard K400 will be available in white starting this September. The special edition keyboard boasts all the features you already love in the traditional Logitech Wireless Touch Keyboard K400, including a built-in touchpad, long range wireless and plug-and-play connectivity. It's the perfect solution for browsing online and watching videos on your PC-connected-TV, and now it comes in a stylish, fresh white, to fit your clean and modern living space.

The touchpad on the Logitech Wireless Touch Keyboard K400 allows you to comfortably control and navigate your content from a distance, so there's no need for a separate mouse. The keyboard layout is also optimized for the living-room environment - it's compact, yet comfortable, giving you direct access to media and entertainment keys. The keyboard even stores vertically, making it easy to put away when not in use.

The special edition Logitech Wireless Touch Keyboard K400 in white is expected to be available in the U.S. and Europe this September for a suggested retail price of $39.99. For more info, check it out at Logitech.com.

For htpc these integrated mouse/wireless keyboards are boss.

Eww, yea because most computer cases/monitors are black. But it all depends on the interior of the room that its in. If the color scheme fits with light colors, a white keyboard might not be too out of place.

I'd say this would go best with all the Apple iMACs out there.

And I just bought the black one...

That's not the superb K400. That's the k400r, an inferior product.

If you could find the K400, buy it, it's superb for a htpc. Make sure it has the old win logo on the win key. If it has the win8 logo, it's the inferior K400r. Stay away from the k400r!
I repeat, STAY AWAY!

^What's the difference??

^What's the difference??

K400 has a normal k-board, with few FN-extra keys. (Like the FNesse on a laptop)

K400r, has all F keys turned into "extras" -as in mail, volume, play, stop etc..
To use the Function keys F1-F2 you have to hold down the FN key.
Logitech has removed a standard keyboard function.
There is a way to make the keyboard work as a normal would, but that include downloading a 52MB software just to use a checkbox "Use Function keys like every other k-board on the planet"...:banghead:

Blef that sucks
