Overclocking won't help, more airflow and higher gpu clocks play no role whatsoever as long...

The base: your CPU is fine. Could do with some overclock... after you solidized the basis.

Replace WD Greens with Caviar Blacks.
Learn to use first halves of the hdd's for OS and games respectively.
Always keep enough free space. Defragment on a regulary basis.
