Are you good in front of a camera? YouTube Fame!

I would do it but, to old and I tend to not use the best of language when doing youtube vids.

Are other people looking at these alongside w1zzard?

How about TheMailMan78?

So when are the decisions / finalists going to be announced?

We have received 3 submissions so far, I'm not in a hurry. Maybe we'll even do a frontpage announcement, so we can reach non-forum people.

Jeremy Clarkson is available.

For a while now I've been thinking about improving TPU's YouTube presence a bit.

Right now I'm thinking of some kind of weekly show where all the important developments in the hardware world are covered in a tv news like fashion.

For this we need a presenter:
- Native English, US/Canada preferred
North America is part of the UK now? :D

I'm 39....but look 29 and act 12. :P

Excellent suggestion! He misses the 30 y/o limit by almost 30 years, tho! LMAO!

This sounds like a job Mailman would be good at. He never STFU and has thick skin with strangers.

because the youtube target audience is well below that age, too. i think we need someone they can connect with.
30 is not a hard number, if you're a 31 year old girl with an awesome body i'm sure the youtube kids wouldn't mind :D

cool idea. so you want to turn TPU into TastyPC? :p

please find somebody with a sense of humor. someone like Jeff Bakalar from CNET (404 Podcast).

what if you don't have an awesome body? lol

Id try to hire Lauren from TastyPc. shes in her early to mid 20s, and such amazing clickbait if i do say so myself.

+1. Such a hottie. She'll be expensive though as she has her own established brand that's in direct competition with tpu. She'll likely be completely unavailable, in fact.

I can't focus with her. At least not on the topic of technology. Someone like Paul and Kyle where they have a sense of humor is helpful. Well at least Kyle does.

hmmm i think im good infront of camera but camera is not good infront of me. lol

this would be interesting.

Would getting progressively more drunk throughout the clip be allowed? Summaries would be short, abrasive, and to the point (or not depending on how long the clip / session goes).

thats not the only kind of `bait she is

Yeah, I'm not single, so I find her rather annoying. Every few months or so I'll watch one of the her videos, and then I usually end up regretting it, because she makes some mistake, or is monotone...
