Well the IGP is crap but the capabilities and specs on this board look nice. Obviously AMD isnt going for Tri Channel Memory on the P2 which is sort of a shame. Intel already shows how greatly improved it is for it.

To be fair i have a HD3200 in my laptop using system ram for memory and it manages to play sins of a solar empire, wow, supreme commander all fine with medium to low settings at 1280x800, so even though it isn't anywhere near as good as a decent discrete card it is always nice to have a backup in case that pencil mod doesn't go too well... ;)

This board with everything on it wouldnt come close to my current rig, and im already bored of the current one. I miss my FX days, and they might yet come back to me, but untill then . . .

color scheme is ugly. they should stick with just 2 colors ie yellow/orange or black/red. 3 colors looks ugly. But regardless, i just dont see myself buying an ECS board, their quality is usually mediocre.

And I thouht MSI would be the first!!!

OK I'm really thinking about selling or trading my qx9650 with 790i for new 790fx with high end pII chip

I am I am.

I want to play amd

I have the GF8200A Black edition. Its a nice stable board but they failed me with their pathetic Voltage settings and because of that my 9500 could not be OCd past 2.7Ghz. Also they don't have NB multi setting. Ofcourse you can get away with a Black edition CPU. But still their Bios sucks and I am going to stop buying their so called Performance boards. I am going to stick with Biostar.

What's wrong with the IGP on this? It has a 3300 and will run both hybrid and crossfireX. Did I miss something?

haha you think that mobo is bad there 1st black edition mobo was the P45 one and it wouldn't do a 450mhz FSB

this board is average if anything. still no matx boards out there for 790GX and that totally bites. with the exception of DFI and biostar

agree, i expect 4xxx IGP , but i see this is first time i see good cooler from ecs

Well I still I don't see a 4 series IGP happening in near future since rs880 is going to be an rv620 anyways if I remember right?
